Sales Manager – Hex Signs and Graphics

The Bri-Stor Group consists of Bri-Stor Systems Ltd, Alpha Manufacturing Ltd & Atlas Coatings Ltd and we are based in Hixon, Staffordshire. We are a privately owned business employing approx 400 people across the group, making us one of the largest employers in the region.

Within the Bri-Stor Systems element of the business sits Hex Signs and Graphics which carries out all the graphics and livery requirements for Bri-Stor Systems and its customers as well as generating business of its own by working with other automotive and non-automotive based customers for graphics, livery, vehicle wrap and all signage requirements.

The Group and Hex Signs and Graphics has experienced significant growth and success over the last few years and with a strong order book and forecast we are looking to strengthen our Sales Team with the recruitment of a Sales Manager to support the growth of HEX specifically.

The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Director this role focuses on all graphics related opportunities, managing sales to existing clients & developing new avenues for business growth in both existing & new market segments, existing and new customers.

Key Accountabilites

• Work with either new leads, prospected leads or existing customers to identify, develop and capture new opportunities to grow Hex Signs and Graphics sales.
• Visit customers to establish their requirements, work with these customers to develop a specification which is then quoted with a proposal leading to nomination and purchase order.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the work is completed on time and to the customers’ requirements, resolving any issues as and when they may arise.
• Ensure adequate forecast information is provided to support the planning and resourcing of the organisation.
• Support the Commercial Director with the business growth strategy where and as required to secure long term growth for the organisation.

This role often involves multiple stakeholder management (internal and external) to maximise leverage of all relationships and therefore will suit candidates used to this kind of customer environment. Graphics related work can be carried out on our premises, at a customer’s premises or at a dedicated offsite location and can sometimes include the management and scheduling of vehicles to ensure minimum downtime for the customer. Experience and a knowledge of one or more of the following industry sectors would be advantageous: automotive industry, light commercial vehicle sector, light commercial vehicle conversion industry, graphics/livery application outside automotive.

This job will suit someone with a similar background to that described above either by education or career experience who has now progressed into a commercial/sales/account management based role who is looking to take on an active sales growth role.
