Bri-Stor Systems Awarded Thames Water Contract

27 July 2015

Bri-Stor Systems Ltd has been successful in winning a three-year contract, with the option of a two-year extension, with utility giant Thames Water to fit-out a number of their fleet vehicles.
The company is experienced in working for a number of high profile utility companies including British Telecom, National Grid, Western Power, Wales and West Utilities, Network Rail and Homeserve.

Michelle Nasr, Group Fleet & Manager, Thames Water, said “Bri-Stor Systems were chosen by Thames Water following a rigorous evaluation covering capability, experience and commercials.”

Bri-Stor Systems is currently carrying out fitments to approximately 220 vehicles for Thames Water – consisting of water quality inspectors’ vehicles, national supply technicians’ vehicles and traffic management vehicles. Thames Water’s requirements for 2015/16 will increase to nearly double this figure.

In order to cope with the demand and be easily accessible in the Thames region Bri-Stor has also taken on new premises at Southall. This is something that the company has been thinking about for some time, and now that the Thames Water contract has been awarded, this has been an ideal opportunity to get this up and running.
